Order Policy:
Order processing may take 2-4 business days before shipping.
Domestic orders may take 3-5 business days for delivery.
All orders are shipped via USPS/UPS Ground/FedEx/FedEx SmartPost. (Unless otherwise requested)
FedEx SmartPost and USPS First Class/Flat Rate are NOT Insured. Please note that all broken or lost items will not be refunded or replaced.
Express and USPS services are available. (Additional charges will apply)
CopyCat Beauty reserves the right to change the shipping provider to ensure the most efficient and secure method available for the customer to receive their package.
Spain/Brazil customers must provide a company tax id number so that purchases may clear customs as requested per country's government.
UPS Worldwide Economy - Undelivered orders due to insufficient address, customs rejection, unpaid duties/taxes, or customer refusal are non-refundable.
Damaged goods, shortages, and discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.
All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging prior to replacements being shipped. All shipping charges for returns or exchanges of defective or damaged items will be the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Used items cannot be returned.
CopyCat Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
Any charges for returned orders due to customer error (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, etc...) will be the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for the return shipment of any products outside of the damaged/manufacturer defect terms.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The customer will select the shipping method for all international orders.
USPS/Flat Rate/FedEx SmartPost are less expensive shipping method than UPS. USPS does not provide a tracking number once the package leaves the USA. Orders sent by UPS can be tracked until the package reaches your doorstep.
CopyCat Beauty is not responsible for any lost orders, damaged items, or missing items when shipping by USPS/FedEx SmartPost/UPS.
All discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Charges for returned orders (incorrect address provided, refused/undeliverable orders, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
International orders take 3-5 business days to process and make take 2-4 weeks, depending on Customs, to reach you depending on location and customs clearance.

Orders over $100 Require a Signature for Delivery.
