How long does it take to process my order?
While we strive to get orders shipped out as soon as possible, it can take 2-4 business days to fulfill your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.
When will my package get to me?
You will be able to see the status of your shipment through the tracking number provided to you. Domestic orders can take 3-5 days to be delivered, and international orders can take up to 2-4 weeks depending on your local shipping service and customs.
How much does shipping cost? Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping costs will depend on your location as well as the total weight of your package. All of your shipping costs will be available to you at checkout. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
Do you offer international shipping?
CopyCat Beauty is happy to ship to countries across the globe.
Customers located outside of the US must have a matching billing and shipping address. Your order will be canceled if your international addresses do not match.
Conversion and import fees do not apply to international orders. However, if you live outside of the US, your financial institution or country of residence may charge additional fees on top of your order total, such as conversion or import taxes/customs fees. CopyCat Beauty cannot credit you for these fees since they come from your financial institution or country. Please call your financial institution or customs office before placing your order to confirm what kind of charges you can expect from them.
Is my shipping insured? What if my package gets lost or stolen?
USPS, UPS, and FedEx offer many shipping options that are insured in case something happens to your package during transit. USPS Priority Mail will insure orders up to $50. UPS Ground and FedEx Express Saver insure orders up to $100.
Orders over $100 require a signature for delivery.
If you are unsure of whether or not your package will be insured, please email cs@copycatbeauty.com prior to ordering so we can assist you in choosing the right shipping method.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
While we take every precaution to secure your order, things can break during transit. If a product is defective or damaged, this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please fill out and return the claims form, which is located HERE. This form must be completed in order to receive a replacement. CopyCat Beauty reserves the right to reject any damage claims.
Do you accept returns?
We will accept returns on unused items within 48 hours of delivery. Products that have been unsealed or opened will not be accepted. Unused returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To return a product, please fill out and return the claims form, which is located HERE. CopyCat Beauty reserves the right to reject any return claims.
How do I cancel my order?
CopyCat Beauty must be notified immediately if you want to cancel a pending order. A cancelation request must be emailed to sales@copycatbeauty.com within an hour of placing your order. Cancelations are at the discretion of CopyCat Beauty and will depend on when we receive the request as well as the status of your pending order. Orders that have been packaged and/or shipped cannot be canceled.
